Where are my invoices stored?

Nowhere. We do not store your invoices, client details, or any data you enter. Print or save the PDF locally — when you close the page or refresh, the form is cleared.

How do I save it as a PDF?

Click "Print / Save as PDF". In the print dialog that appears, choose "Save as PDF" instead of a printer. The invoice will save to your computer.

Can I send the invoice directly from this tool?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Save the PDF and attach it to an email. We are keeping this version simple — sending features may come later if requested.

Question 5

Does this handle UK VAT correctly?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Toggle VAT on, set your rate (default 20%), add your VAT registration number if you have one. The invoice shows subtotal, VAT amount, and total clearly. For complex VAT situations (reverse charge, EU sales) speak to your accountant.

Can I use a logo?

Not in this version. The current invoice uses clean text-based branding. Logo support may be added later — for now the design is professional and accountant-friendly.
