What data NOXEB collects

NOXEB collects the minimum data needed to operate and communicate.

Contact form submissions — name, email address, company name, and the message you send. This data is used to respond to your enquiry. It is not added to marketing lists.

Website telemetry — NOXEB receives anonymised, aggregated visitor and performance data from two essential service providers: Vercel, which hosts this site, and Cloudflare, which delivers, protects, and monitors it. The purpose is operational visibility — knowing how many visits the site receives, how quickly pages load, and the broad geographic regions visitors come from. Individuals are not identified. The data is not joined to any name, email address, or browsing history outside this site. None of this telemetry sets cookies.

Engagement-related data — if you become a client, NOXEB will collect and hold information relevant to your engagement. This is covered in your engagement agreement.

What NOXEB does not do

• NOXEB does not sell personal data.
• NOXEB does not share personal data with third parties except where necessary to deliver services. Vercel and Cloudflare receive anonymised telemetry on this basis only — they do not receive personal identifiers from this site.
• NOXEB does not run retargeting advertising, marketing pixels, or behavioural tracking.
• NOXEB does not use Google Analytics, Meta tracking, or any other advertising-network tools.
• NOXEB does not link website visits to a real-world identity. Telemetry is used to count and measure traffic, not to identify visitors.

How data is stored

Contact form submissions are held securely. Data is retained for as long as it is relevant to the enquiry or engagement, then deleted.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to any personal data NOXEB holds about you, and the right to request its deletion. To make either request, contact NOXEB directly via the contact page.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies required for the site to function. It does not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or analytics cookies. The website telemetry described above (Vercel and Cloudflare) operates without setting cookies.
