Privacy Policy
How NOXEB collects, uses, and protects personal data. Plain language — no legal obfuscation. This is the single privacy document for noxeb.com (consolidated from the former /privacy notice, 2026-06-12, Chairman direction).
NOXEB LTD (Company Number 17163101), registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 187 Denewood Crescent, Nottingham NG8 3DG, is the data controller responsible for the personal information collected through this website.
NOXEB collects the minimum data needed to operate and communicate.
Enquiry and contact form submissions — name, email address, telephone number, company name, postcode, and details relating to your enquiry. This data is used to respond to your enquiry. It is not added to marketing lists.
Website telemetry — NOXEB receives anonymised, aggregated visitor and performance data from Vercel, which hosts, delivers, and monitors this site. The purpose is operational visibility — knowing how many visits the site receives, how quickly pages load, and the broad geographic regions visitors come from. Individuals are not identified. The data is not joined to any name, email address, or browsing history outside this site. None of this telemetry sets cookies.
Project-related data — if you become a client, NOXEB will collect and hold information relevant to your project. This is covered in your project agreement.
Your information is used to respond to enquiries, provide requested information or services, manage business relationships, and comply with legal obligations. NOXEB processes personal information under Article 6 UK GDPR, including: Legitimate Interests — responding to business enquiries and operating our services; Contractual Necessity — where processing is required to provide requested services; and Consent — where required by law.
Contact and enquiry submissions are held securely. NOXEB uses carefully selected third-party providers to support its operations: Sanity (data storage), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (website hosting and delivery), and Cloudflare (bot protection on our forms, via Cloudflare Turnstile). When you submit a form, Cloudflare Turnstile processes limited technical data (such as your IP address and a challenge response) to confirm you are a real person and not an automated bot. Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards are implemented, including approved international transfer mechanisms under UK GDPR.
Personal information submitted through enquiry forms will generally be retained for up to 12 months following the last communication, unless a longer retention period is required for legal, regulatory or contractual reasons.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; restrict processing; object to processing; request data portability where applicable; and withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@noxeb.com.
If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, you may contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at www.ico.org.uk.
This site uses only the cookies required for the site to function (for example, to keep you signed in to admin areas). It does not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or analytics cookies. The website telemetry described above (Vercel) operates without setting cookies. If this ever changes, consent will be asked before any non-essential cookie is placed on your device.
